By commissioning thepuftguy in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms below. Like any set of rules, there are exceptions, so don't be afraid to ask me about anything not discussed in my ToS.

My art prices are subject to change based on my availability to work on commissions and my desire to work on certain types of commissions. My price spreadsheet is the only place my prices are guaranteed to be accurate.
The prices I have listed are the minimum for that commission type (not including sales or discounts). Complex characters and complicated requests may increase the price.Payment
I can use PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi to accept USD payments.
I take 50% payment upfront on all commissions. The other 50% will be paid after the finalized rough draft.
Do NOT send payment until I have confirmed that I have accepted your order.
I will always prioritize USD commissions over non-USD commissions (such as game currency payments or raffle prizes). Please keep this in mind when commissioning with an alternative payment method. This does not apply for Discord Nitro commissions.Refunds
Full refund may be issued before I begin the sketch stage of the commission. Up to 50% may be refunded if the sketch stage has been completed (N/A for sketch commissions). If these two stages have been surpassed, refunds are no longer offered. Refunds are not available for Discord Nitro commissions.Commercial Rights
While the completed art piece you commissioned does belong to you, you may not profit off of my art in any way, shape, or form. This includes selling prints, stickers, or other merch with my art on it. This applies regardless of your ownership of the character in the image.NFTs & AI
thepuftguy will never participate in the buying or selling of NFTs and strictly prohibit my art from being bought or sold as NFTs. Any aspect of my art may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so is in violation of terms against alteration and external nonprivate use of assets created for patrons.

USER AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to thepuftguy.Violators will be added to a blacklist indefinitely and without warning with any additional appropriate actions taken.

My prices are not firm! Everything depends on what a client desires in the commission. These are just the base prices. I do offer discounts if you keep an eye out. For any commission inquiries that are not covered on my website, contact me so that we can discuss it.

DISCORD NITRO COMMISSIONS
10.00 USD Nitro is the equivalent of using 10.00 USD to commission me. Same goes for 5.00 USD Nitro.ROBUX COMMISSIONS
80 Robux is the equivalent to 1.00 USD. Depending on what you want, calculations will be made off of this base price.DEVIANTART POINTS?

ANIMATION
Every AMV/GIF/PMV is different, so prices heavily vary on each one of these commissions.
